- 1/2 cup chopped dates
- 1/2 cup figs (stemmed)
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 5 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Combine the first five ingredients in food processor. Wait until dough forms a ball. Mix crumbs and lemon juice and roll dough into 1″ balls and coat with crumbs.
Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
Makes 4 balls. Nutritional info per ball of: 240 calories; 54g carbohydrates; 2.5g fat; 5.5g protein
